It finally snowed!!

I was afraid we were never going to get any snow this year! Thank God it finally did!! We need it so bad! Not to mention I bought the boys new boots, hats and mittens! I was afraid we weren't going to need them this year!

We came home from church and it was FREEZING but the boys didn't care. They wanted to be outside. BRRRR!!!!

We bribed them with some hot chocolate to get them inside.

Followed by a movie and snuggles :) These boys make me so happy! I still can't believe God gave me the privilege to take care of them for Him!!

Potty Boy!

Trever has decided that about 4 times a day he should go pee in the potty. We are not pushing it in any way but when the kid yells "peeeepeeee" we take him to the potty! He makes me laugh so hard though because he likes to sit with his feet in the potty. So silly!! I love this kid and all of his goofiness. We have had some poo accidents already but no worries. He is growing so stinking fast that I am cherishing all of these crazy moments. They will be gone soon!!!

Thanksgiving with the Andersons

We had a wonderful Thanksgiving Vacation. As always we packed the week as full as physically possible! In the olden days when it was just John and I we used to drive straight there, 24 hours!!! Having kids kind of slows the trip down a bit. We made it to Oklahoma City where our sister in-law is stationed in the Air Force. She got us a room on base to stay the night so we could stretch out in beds and get some rest. Man that night's sleep was great!!

Blake was a great traveler. He was happy with snacks and movies the whole time.

Trever on the other hand is NOT a good traveler. He screamed probably 75% of the drive! Getting to our destination on both sides of the trip never felt so good!! Man, I hope he grows our of that!!!

Here are just some pictures of what went on......

John cut down a HUGE dead tree. Well he started with this tree then hunted down six more!! He was felt like a real man that night! Nothing like the power of a chainsaw and a big ole BOOM!!

CRASH!!!!!!

Had to take a family picture by the stump :)

Blake learned how to play "big boy games" with his uncles.

The boys taught aunt Marian how to finger-paint.

Cleaning up some leaves....golly, that is a never ending job in the south!! SO MANY TREES!!!

Teaching Uncle Nathaniel how to mow.

John's big kill;)

Learning how to roller skate. Right after I took this picture Blake took a good crash!! Oops!

Two of John's sisters and a brother and I ran a four mile turkey trot on Thanksgiving morning. I kicked some booty ;) Love me some racin!!!

Telling Mama Freida about life in Colorado.

Blake had so much fun playing a bunch of different games with Aunt Marian.

Getting some Uncle Brad time in!

All of the boys went to play in a paintball tournament. They rock the do rags well!

The only thing that would have made this picture more perfect is if Aunt Kat was in it!!

We did our Christmas gift exchange while we were there. Blake was so excited to open gifts!!

He got a real flight suit just like Uncle Dan Dan's! It even has his name on it!! John's brother is training to fly jets in the Air Force.

Here is the newest couple in the family, Daniel and Melodie!

More camo!

Opening gifts from Mama Freida and Papa John.

Trever got a big ol Pooh Bear!

I love this picture!

Blake got to open an early birthday present from Mama Sandy and Papa Doc.

A Larry Mobile!! He has been wanting one forever!!

My sweet little man going for a walk down the driveway!!

Blake's first 5k!!

My friend hosted at fundraising 5k at the beginning of November. Blake heard "race" and he was all for it! I let him ride his bike instead of run. He did so good!! Of course the racing blood in me was super proud of him!

This was at the starting line. He even had a Camelback on so he could stay hydrated throughout the race. Our finish time was 39:00.

He was exhausted after the race so I couldn't get any smiles out of him.

Halloween Festivities

John's brother Michael was in town to go hunting with John. We invited Grandma Martha over for dinner and then carved pumpkins afterwards. Blake was NOT fond of the guts.

I thought they turned out pretty cute!

We made sugar cookies with Jakoby and Rylen one afternoon! Wow!!! That was craziness! But, I will treasure these fun moments forever. It is so fun to watch them do these kinds of things!

We stopped by my parents shop early Halloween so they could check out the cuteness!

Grouchy Gnomeo and Hungry Mushroom with Mama Bobbie

Our church has a harvest party every year. This was the first year we went because we have always felt like Blake was too young before. He was standing in line for the doughnut eating game here.

Cheater!!! He was not supposed to be using his hands!

Pumpkin Bowling

Catching bubbles

This was a super cute little obstacle course BUT my son tends to be a party pooper and wouldn't even try it! LAME!!

Shooting candles out with a water gun. He did really good at this game :) Made his daddy proud!!

Bean bag toss!

Hay Maze

Yikes! John looks SCARY and Blake looks SCARED!!

Oops! Sideways. Blake won a prize because his costume was so cute :) Lol... I might be biased because I made them!

One last stop by Mama Martha's before we headed home. Phew! What a tiring night it was!!!
