"I ride a big airplane!" ~Blake

In September John's Aunt Susan passed away after a short battle with liver cancer.  After lots of debating whether to go out to Tennessee for the funeral we decided that we were going to go.  We really value family and have a hard time saying no when it comes to be there for family through the good times and bad.

We flew out on a Friday morning and flew home on Sunday so it was a very fast trip. But we are so very thankful we were able to go and be with family during this time. Blake was so very excited to fly. He as been on multiple other flights but doesn't remember any of them so this time was fun. This was obviously the highlight of Blake's life so far because if he wants to strike up a conversation with anyone he says, "I ride on a big airplane!"

Waiting for our plane!

We had to ride the underground trolly/train thing at DIA. Blake thought that was the coolest thing ever! Planes and trains in one day was the best thing for a little boy :)

John was showing Blake the airplane hanging from the ceiling.

Trever's first plane ride!!! I love these sweet boy!!

Take off!!!!!

He was so excited to get his own drink!!

Blake and I went for a run while we were there!

Playing with his Daddy's old toys! I think it is so cool that he gets to do that!
